tomato plants

I bought two tomato plants from the farmer's market last Saturday morning. They're of the Bush Celebrity variety.

I have two very rambunctious (sp?) dogs. If I were to plant these delicate baby plants in the ground of my back yard they would DESTROY them. dig them up. eat them. etc...

So I went to target and spent $20 on pots and dirt for my $5 plants so that I could have "free" homegrown tomatoes.

I don't know if these things are actually gunna produce! I've never grown anything in my life! I can barely keep the plants I have at my desk at work alive...

but if between those two plants I get one good tomato, it will probably be the best $25 tomato evaaaaa
